Our cuisine stands for culinary performance. It is created on the three health basics: energy, vitality and balance. We care about the fact that our ingredients come from regional and biological cultivation.

In the morning a rich breakfast buffet with a variety of delicacies will wait for you. For dinner we serve South-Tyrolean specialities as well as Italian and international dishes. We invite you to have some healthy salads and a variety of fresh vegetables from the buffet. We invite you to a welcoming drink in the evening of your arrival.

In case of requests, let us know and we are pleased to prepare a breakfast for early birds or late risers. We also cook special dishes for athletes or vegetarians, just to name a few.

Beside the cuisine also our herbal schnapps and tea tastings and our selected vines of different regions are unforgettable.
